Western Shore Bookings & Events

Do you travel across the Bay Bridge to Maryland's Western Shore?

Yes — we absolutely travel across the Bay Bridge for private bookings, festivals, community events, corporate events and other experiences.

Small & Short Experiences

Short experiences are absolutely welcome across the Bay Bridge, including Goat Grams, You've GOAT a Delivery!, Bunny Parties, and other smaller bookings.

Because we're traveling from Salisbury with our animals and crew, Western Shore bookings are quoted individually based on location, travel time and the details of your booking.

Policies

Weather & Animal Welfare

  • Animal welfare and guest safety always come first.
  • Weather conditions may affect which animals can safely attend, how long animals can participate, whether additional welfare breaks are required, or whether an experience can safely operate.
  • Specific animals are never guaranteed. Animal selection may change because of health, temperament, weather, availability or welfare considerations.
  • Weather does NOT automatically create a refund.
  • If weather prevents Look Pretty Play Dirty from safely performing the contracted service, the event may be rescheduled based on LP/PD availability.
  • If LP/PD itself cannot provide the contracted service, LP/PD will handle the situation fairly and may provide an appropriate prorated refund for contracted service time LP/PD was unable to provide.
  • Animal welfare overrides schedules, guest expectations and specific-animal requests.

Late Starts & Contracted Event Time

  • Your reserved event begins and ends at the contracted times.
  • If the event starts late because of the customer, venue, guests, lack of required setup access, site conditions, or another circumstance outside LP/PD's control, the contracted ending time does NOT automatically extend.
  • LP/PD requires at least ONE HOUR of access to the event/site before the contracted event start time for setup when the service requires setup.
  • For services other than Goat Gram and You've GOAT a Delivery!, if LP/PD has no booking, travel commitment or other obligation immediately following the event, the customer MAY be offered the opportunity to purchase additional time at the applicable rate. Additional time is never guaranteed. Goat Gram and You've GOAT a Delivery! visits are 15 minutes with no paid extension.

Deposits

  • Goat Grams and year-round You've GOAT a Delivery!: $20 non-refundable deposit; remaining balance due 24 hours before the visit, with cash upon arrival only by prior approval.
  • All other confirmed bookings under $500: $50 non-refundable deposit.
  • Other confirmed bookings of $500 or more: $100 non-refundable deposit.
  • The threshold for other bookings is based on the entire confirmed booking total, including service, travel, setup fees and pre-booked add-ons.
  • The deposit is applied toward the total booking balance. The date/time is NOT reserved until the required non-refundable deposit is received.

Payment

  • Venmo / Cash App / PayPal: final balance must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the event.
  • Cash: for Goat Grams and year-round You've GOAT a Delivery!, cash upon arrival is permitted only with prior approval. For other services, cash may be paid on the day of the event. FULL payment is due upon Look Pretty Play Dirty's arrival BEFORE animals are unloaded.
  • Check: final payment must be received at least 7 days before the event. ALL CHECKS MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO JOE BALL.
  • Invoicing is available.

Cancellations

  • Customer cancellation more than 15 days before the scheduled event: the customer forfeits the non-refundable deposit.
  • Customer cancellation 15 days or fewer before the scheduled event: the customer is responsible for the entire confirmed booking balance.
  • If Look Pretty Play Dirty cannot provide a contracted portion of service due to an issue within its responsibility, LP/PD will handle the service loss fairly — this may include an appropriate prorated refund for contracted service time not provided.
  • Specific animal unavailability does NOT automatically create a refund when equivalent contracted service is still provided.

Site, Animal & Guest Safety

  • NO DOGS OR OTHER ANIMALS may be present in or around the petting farm or animal-experience area. Dogs and other animals must be secured away BEFORE LP/PD arrives and must remain away throughout setup, the event and teardown.
  • PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer horses, ponies, alpacas or llamas.
  • Children must be appropriately supervised.
  • Guests may not run after, chase, corner, harass or intentionally frighten animals.
  • Guests behaving unsafely may be asked to leave the animal area.
  • Customers are responsible for damage caused by their attendees.
  • Guests who have animal contact should clean their hands after animal contact and before eating or drinking.
  • Any changes to contracted services should be made in writing.

Full Petting Farm Site Requirements

  • A standard full Mobile Petting Farm setup can fit within approximately a 10 ft x 10 ft area.
  • Safe setup area with fresh water access.
  • Truck and livestock-trailer access directly or reasonably close to the setup area.
  • At least one hour of site/facility access before the contracted event start time for setup.
  • Hard-surface setups (parking lots, driveways, pavement, concrete, asphalt and other non-grass surfaces) carry a +$25 hard-surface setup fee.
  • For grass or landscaped areas, we will ask about herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers and other treatments, plus nearby trees, shrubs, flowers and plants, so our staff can review animal-safety concerns.

Animal Health & Compliance

  • Insured • Maryland Department of Agriculture Compliant • Vet/CVI Compliant.
  • Our animals are maintained in accordance with applicable Maryland Department of Agriculture requirements, including required veterinary health checks and CVI/Certificate of Veterinary Inspection documentation when applicable.
